Where industrial meets comfort, this space is designed to help you feel at home! This garden level apartment provides options for in home entertainment for those hours or nights you'd rather stay in. A slate pool table, foosball table, and a 75" TV will be there to entertain you during your stay.
Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. Requires approval before booking. $35/pet/night. $200 month cap. Pet fee will be added to your stay the day of check-in and is not included in your original booking price.

Our large Pottery Barn leather sofa is perfect to binge Netflix after exploring our amazing city! Feel free to pop popcorn, play a game of pool, or challenge your family or friends to a game of foosball!
The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cutlery, microwave, dishwasher, and pots and pans. Make yourself a cup of joe with our Nespresso machine. We provide creamers, sugar, and Nespresso pods!
We get you started with all necessary consumables such as dish pods, paper towels, toilet paper, all soaps, sponges, and trash bags. There is a washer and dryer on site for your convenience as well. Find detergent and dryer sheets right next to the machines.
We have two bedrooms that are on opposite sides of the space. One king bed and one queen bed with comfy mattresses and blackout curtains will ensure you have a great nights rest!
Our full bathroom includes a standup shower, vanity, and small basket full of toiletries that are often forgotten!
This is an apartment located in the basement of a large Victorian home. The home above is also a short-term rental. The windows in the bedroom are all egress windows and have blackout curtains. The windows do look out onto the backyard of the home. The backyard is not included in your reservation but rather the reservation of the guests to the home upstairs.
The owner of the home does live on the property. There is a detached garage that serves the main house. Above the garage is an apartment —this is where the owners and their children live. They will give you the privacy you seek while on the property, but please understand you are staying in a home and not a hotel. You may see the owner and his family from time to time around the exterior of the property.
From the Airport:
– Follow signs to get on 670-W
– Get off on the Neil Ave Exit 3
– Destination on the left after 2 blocks
Parking is on-street. If you park to the West of Neil Avenue, no digital permit is required. If you park on Neil, you will need to send us your license plate state and number so we can plug you into the system.
You do *not* have access to the backyard of the home.

You have access to the entire basement of this home. You will not have access to the backyard.Space:
The space is located in dugout basement of a late 1800's Victorian manor. This space was completely renovated in early 2020 and took about 8000, 5 gallon buckets, dug by hand, to lower the floor so our guests could enjoy 9ft ceilings! The main area is about 33ft by 20 ft so it's quite large and open.You will have your own entrance that is entirely separate from the main house above.

Located within Victorian Village which is one of the most desirable areas in all of Columbus. It is the most fashionable, trendy, and walkable part of the city. OSU campus and downtown are within walking distance, we are steps away from the Short North shopping and gallery area as well as the Arena District, and if you are into eating as most humans are, you are only a breath away from some of the best food in the state, and we would argue the better part of the Midwest.Transit:
