Access:

You'll have access to the entire home, including the unfinished basement with a washer and dryer set. This home is one side of a brick duplex.

This is a 3-bedroom Airbnb in a fantastic location. You are so close to everything downtown Columbus has to offer.

The living room is right off the entryway and includes a sofa that will sit three along with two upholstered chairs. Our 55" SmartTV allows you to watch Netflix. You may also log into any of your favorite TV apps.

Just beyond the living room is a dining room complete with a desk and chair -in case work is bringing you into town.

NOTE: There is a shared wall with the other side of the duplex. You will hear the neighbors on occasion. We ask guests to adhere to quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

It's a 2 story duplex. On the second story there are all 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The only bathroom is also located on the second floor.

All the beds have comfortable, Linenspa mattresses, cozy comforters, and soft sheets.

The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. We also have a Keurig with K-cups and great tea. But keep in mind we are close to many of the best restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops in the city!


NOTE: There is no off-street parking available but we can set you up with permitted street parking during your stay.

Neighborhood:

The Short North arts district is one of Columbus' most sought after neighborhoods. From Victorian Village with stunning historical homes to Italian Village rich in culture, you won't be bored in this exciting area! You are so close to everything and anything you want to do in Downtown Columbus!

Transit:

When it's warm we recommend using the Bird or Lime scooter apps to explore the city via scooter or bike. Uber and Lyft are great options. There is also a COTA bus stop directly across the street.

You will share one wall with our neighbors. They will respect you and we expect our guests to respect them and adhere to quiet hours after 9pm daily.

This home is very old. The cellar is just that —a cellar. While the home does have central air, it can be difficult to get the second floor super cool. We do provide fans in each bedroom, but if you foresee this being an issue this may not be the home for you.

You must be ok with having all three bedrooms on the second floor as well as the only bathroom.
