You and your entire group can spread out and completely relax in our high-end home on one of Columbus' most sought after streets, Neil Ave in Victorian Village!

Access:

You will have access to the first and second floor of this home. You will also have access to the backyard and two bays of the detached garage.

Space:

Arrive by safely parking inside our 2-car garage. Walk through the private backyard to the back door and enter the home via our large and newly renovated kitchen.

This kitchen has everything you should need to host your group from a large gas oven to a giant fridge and two dishwashers.

Our kitchen opens up to a living room with a comfortable sofa and two swivel chairs. The TV is an amazing experience via a giant projection screen that unfurls from the ceiling when you're ready to wind down for the day! We will have you logged into Netflix or feel free to log into any of your preferred streaming accounts.

Beyond the living room is a large sitting room with four large green velvet chairs and a built-in bench so you can connect with your family and friends after a day out on the town.

Cooking in? We've got you covered with a large dining table that can fit up to 10 people comfortably.

There is a front porch with plenty of seating for people watching. We're obsessed with being great neighbors so we do as that any later hangs happen inside the home. This is a downtown neighborhood and these historic homes are close to each other.

Head up to the second floor where you'll find the primary bedroom with the massive en suite bathrooms, complete with soaker tub and marble stand-up shower. There is plenty of space for you to hang your clothes or fold and put them away for an extended stay.

The other two bedrooms on the second floor have king size beds and share a common bathroom.

The laundry is also on the second floor. We provide detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Neighborhood:

This home is located within Victorian Village —one of the most desirable areas in all of Columbus. It is the most fashionable, trendy, and walkable part of the city. OSU campus and downtown are within walking distance, we are steps away from the Short North shopping and gallery area as well as the Arena District, and if you are into eating as most humans are, you are only a breath away from some of the best food in the state, and we would argue the better part of the Midwest. My wife loves it because it is the best running neighborhood! Neil Avenue is a bustling and friendly historic street. You will LOVE this location.

Transit:

Locating the home is quite easy. Plugging the address into any GPS system or map app will work well.

From the Airport:
– Follow signs to get on 670-W
– Get off on the Neil Ave Exit 3
– Destination on the left after 2 blocks

Columbus' standard bus service (COTA) is available nearby on Neil Avenue. Cabs, Uber, and Lyft are readily available to take you to your desired destination! Less than 1 mile from a pickup location for the free 'CBUS' circulator bus that runs down High St. to Downtown, German Village and Brewery District. Columbus' bike sharing program (COGO) has a station 2 blocks away, and Lime & Bird scooters and bikes are often available in the area.

Interaction:

We are incredibly responsive on the Airbnb app 7-days a week from 9am ET to 8pm ET. In the evenings we do spend time with our families so if you plan to arrive after 8pm please make sure you are very clear on check-in instructions. Please also understand that while we obsess over your comfort you are staying in a house and not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Notes:

Please Note:

Read and agree to all of our House Rules before booking this property.

We do everything we can to make sure all amenities offered with this home are operational for your stay. However, some things are out of our control. Read our House Rules and our rental agreement and understand that checking into this homes means you agree with all of our rules and stipulations.

There is an apartment directly below the main home. The entrance to the apartment will not interfere with you accessing the home and you should not come in contact with these residents. However, we do ask for guests to be respectful of the residents in the apartment below the home. Observing quiet hours 7-days a week from 9pm - 9am is non-negotiable.

There is a noise monitor in this home to help us help you keep noise to acceptable levels. This monitor does not record anything but rather measures the noise decibels in the home. This is the perfect home for you if you have plans around the city and need a gorgeous home to come to at the end of the day for a quiet and relaxing night. This is not the home for you if this is where you plan to hang out with your group for the duration of your stay —if your group exceeds acceptable noise levels we will be in contact with you to keep the noise down. We don't want to have to bug you while you're enjoying your trip. If you think noise levels will be an issue we recommend booking a home that doesn't have a basement apartment or neighbors in close proximity.

There is an apartment directly above the detached garage. This is where the owners and their children live. The entrance to this apartment is separate from the main home but its very possible you might see them near the garage entrance.

There are two spots where you can park in the detached garage. There is a large backyard between the detached garage and the house. You will notice the owner does keep tools and other storage items in the garage.

City rules state quiet hours are to be observed from 9pm-9am daily. This home is large, but please understand we expect noise levels to be kept to a minimum. To help guests adhere to city rules a noise monitor is measuring the decibels in the home at all times. You will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable levels.

There are cameras on the front, back, and side of the home. This is for the safety of you and the home itself. There are NO cameras pointing towards the interior of the home. There are NO cameras inside the home. We absolutely will respect and protect your privacy.
